| York for the St Patrick's day Parade on March 8. Staten Island lost over 80 Brothers and it will be the first time the Families will see the Cart It will be an emotional trip and am looking forward to meeting other families. The Cart will return to the Villages where it will be a part of the Villages INAUGURAL VILLAGES FIREFIGHTERS BALL on March 14. This will be Black Tie or Business Attire. We have 24 Couples from the New York City Retirees 343 club that will be attending this. They want the Memorial Cart to be at the entrance for this affair. I will have a Top Hat , Bo Tie and Tails to replace the Turnout Coat. Looking forward to bringing the Brothers to this affair for people to see On March 17 the Memorial Cart will lead the NYC Fire Dept retirees 343 group in the St Patrick's Day Parade in the Villages. Last year at the parade the 343 brothers had tears in their eye's when they saw the respect and feelings that was given for the 343 Hero's. I'm sure that this year will be very moving also. I look forward to showing that the 343 Heroes will never be forgotten. |
